Whitehouse Wants Seniors to Take Advantage of Medicare Open Enrollment

U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse has prepared a special web page with resources for Rhode Islanders on Medicare who are making decisions about their coverage during the Medicare Open Enrollment period. Open Enrollment, which ends this year on December 7th, is the one time each year that Medicare beneficiaries can review the Medicare policy choices available for the coming year and choose the one that is right for them.

“Medicare can make a big difference for you and your family. That’s why I’ve been fighting—and will keep fighting—to preserve Medicare benefits in Congress,” Whitehouse said in a video message to Rhode Islanders on the website. “Please don’t hesitate to take advantage of these resources before Medicare Open Enrollment ends on December 7th.”
